  • How do I join NAU Rewards?
    Simply create an account and you will start earning points with every purchase made.
  • How do I view my points?
    By logging into your account, you will be able to view your points under your profile.
  • Will I receive rewards points for purchases I made before creating my rewards account?
    As of September 1st 2020, all purchases made will be allocated to your account as points.
  • When do my NAU Rewards points expire?
    Your points will expire after one year of inactivity. This means if you haven’t made any purchases, or redeemed any points for a year, your points will expire.
  • How long does my rewards status last?
    Your tiered rewards status (Premier, Executive, VP) lasts for one year from the date you unlocked it. In order to maintain your status, or move up a tier, you must continue to interact with our program by gaining points throughout the year.
  • Can I return my order if I redeemed NAU Rewards points for a discount?
    As long as your purchase is eligible for a return, you can return your order within 30 days of the ship date. Once the return is processed you will see your points earned for that purchase be deducted from your profile. For more information on our returns policy click here.
