My first order I purchased Dolse in medium
Charcoal and the fit was perfect. My second order I purchased the same style only in black medium, and it is tight and way shorter than the charcoal one why is that?

Due to the nature of manufacturing, there can sometimes be slight size variations of about 1–2 inches between different colorways or production batches of the same style. This is especially true when garments are dyed, as the dyeing process can occasionally cause minor shrinkage or affect fabric tension.

That said, we're happy to assist you with an exchange to see if another Black in Medium would fit better.

I never received it in the mail. I am not sure where it was delivered and when . And to what location . Was it to my business ? Madelaine’s hair salon ? 6275 Johnston road Albany NY 12203 ? Or my home 407 west creek lane altamont NY 12009. Either way I never received it .
