How long will it take for me to get my order?
Orders are often processed the same or next business day. You'll get an email confirmation so you can track your shipment too. Standard ground shipping within Canada & USA is 5-7 business days. If you want your order faster, and expedited shipping is available, this option will appear at checkout for an additional charge. International orders will take longer to process.
What currency are orders billed?
All orders will be billed in US currency. For your convenience, our website provides an estimated currency converter on the top left-hand side. You can view the amount you will be billed in your shopping cart.
How much is shipping?
FREE SHIPPING applies to all orders shipped to the US with a value greater than $99.99USD.
In all other cases, shipping costs are calculated by weight and your location. We ship from our warehouse in Blaine, Washington, USA using FedEx ground service unless otherwise requested. You will have the opportunity to view the shipping cost before payment at check out.
Do you ship outside the US and Canada?
Yes. We ship worldwide using FedEx. There will be no extra duties or brokerage fees for Canadian bound shipments. Clients outside of USA and Canada are subject to local duties / brokerage fees.
Are there any additional costs to my order, such as tax or brokerage fees?
Canadian residents are subject to GST/HST. Washington State residents are subject to Washington State Sales Tax. Clients outside of USA and Canada are responsible for their own local duties / brokerage fees. We do not not include nor reimburse the costs of duties and taxes imposed by foreign governments.
