- Complete the Return Form Process online
- Fill out the Return and select Refund, Exchange and or Store Credit *Please note that exchange orders will not ship until your returned item(s) have been fully processed and if the exchange item(s) are still in stock – if you need your exchange item(s) sent out right away, please refer to below question“What if I need my exchange item(s) sent out immediately?”
- A shipping label will be provided at the end of the return process which you will need to print out and place on the returned item(s).
- Once you have received confirmation that your return has been delivered to our warehouse please allow approx. 10+ business days to process your return.
- Complete the Return Form Process online

- Canadian and Int’l orders will receive a return authorization form that will be provided at the end of the return process, please print it out and put inside your return shipment - the CND return shipping address is indicated on this form and you will need to send it back on a carrier of your choice and at your cost
- Once you have received confirmation that your return has been delivered to our warehouse please allow approx. 10+ business days to process your return
- Complete the Return Form process online
- Fill out the Return and select REFUND if applicable or Store Credit for a future purchase
- Follow the above instructions for USA, Canadian and Int’l return process
- Go to our website and place a new order as it will ship out the same or next business day
Any unworn item(s) with original tags still attached purchased within 30 days can be returned for a full refund or store credit, provided they are in the same condition that you received them in.
*Please note that any “Clearance” items are not refundable but you will be able to exchange or receive an in-store credit within 30 days of purchase.
In the event that an item to be exchanged at the time of the return becomes not available once the returned item is received into the warehouse and processed, the customer will have the ability to re-select another item or opt for an in-store Credit to be used at a later date.
*Production Companies will be subject to a 30% restocking fee.
The following are not eligible for refund or exchange:
- All PPE items (face masks & face shields)
- All private custom logo'd items
- Custom made uniforms
- Accessories
- Gifts with Purchase
- E-Gift Cards
- Original Shipping Fees
