Thank you for your recent purchase. At Noel Asmar Uniforms, we value your business and want you to be completely satisfied. If you are not satisfied, you may return your order within 30 days of the ship date.
As part of our Customer Experience, to make your return and exchange easier and smoother, we offer online exchanges, in-store credits and refunds. Credits will be in the form of a gift card that you can use at any time with has no expiry date.
Online credits will be displayed as gift card, which a code will be emailed back to the customer to use at a latter date.

What can I return?
Any unworn item(s) with tags attached purchased within 30 days can be returned for a full refund, provided they are in the same condition that you received it in.
*Please note that any “Sale or discounted” items are non-refundable, but you will be able to exchange or receive a store credit within 30 days of purchase.
In the event that an item to be exchanged at the time of the return becomes not available once the returned item is received into the warehouse and processed, the customer will have the ability to re-select another item or opt for an in-store Credit to be used at a later date.*
What can't I return?
The following are not eligible for refund or exchange:
- All custom logo'd items
- Accessories
- Gifts with Purchase
- E-Gift Cards
- Original Shipping Fees

*Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will not be sent back to the customer. When selecting a delivery method, not provided for in our return conditions, we consider that it is your responsibility and you must bear the direct cost of both shipping and the product in the event of loss. We do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation, in the event that a return package is lost, stolen, or mishandled. We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet our return requirements.
